I’ve been writing for She Reads Truth for over a year, and it’s some of my favorite writing to do. It’s one thing in my life where I don’t have to conjure up an idea. Amanda and Raechel assign me a bit of scripture to learn about, pray on, and ultimately write about. Like Myquillyn Smith talks about, it’s a lovely limitation. I get to dig in where I’m assigned and ask God to make something lovely and pleasing out of it.
Today, my devotional based on Titus 1:5-16 is live on She Reads Truth–and it is something I have been sitting in and pondering lately. My talk at this year’s Influence Conference also comes from some of these inklings (it’s in the VERY beginning stages!).
