My "away she goes" campaign was thwarted by a number of issues with my little bod. First, I had been very fatigued (beyond normal up-in-the-night-new-baby fatigue) and achy–and I had a physical coming up. So, I had my blood panel done and it was discovered that I am severely anemic and also severely vitamin D deficient (that has been a problem for me in the past). Combined, the lack of vital nutrients was making this Twig feel horrible. Add that to a problem keeping hydrated and keeping the lbs on…well, Husband and I decided it was time for me to take a hiatus. I am currently working on drinking, drinking, drinking–eating round meals–and dosing up on the pertinent nutrients. Having 3 babies in 5 years and burning the candle at 14 ends will mess you up if you don't take care of yourself…sooo, here is your warning. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Drink enough, eat enough and well, be active…but don't over do it. :) That's pretty much how life works, right? :)
