Checking out the view from our hotel room. I love seeing my brother with my boys. You see, I remember my own brother when he was a toddler/preschooler.
Planning out our route for the day. It was HOT out while we were there. 97 degrees is almost too hot to handle for too long.
A Southern storm rolling in over the bay. Handsome boys. It ended up absolutely pouring down rain about 5 minutes later.
My favorites.
This is my fam. See that guy beside Twig2? That's my dad. The cute girl beside him is his wife. This trip was the first time I really got to spend time with her, and she really is darling.
Dad pushing my boys. 97 degrees is way too hot for this Tiny Twig to push over 100 lbs of babies and stroller around. The fact that he pushed my boys around all day really meant a lot to me (Happy Father's Day, Dad!)
My sweet Twig2…burning up. It was soooooooo hot.
Our crazy group! Love that we were able to meet together in a town none of us lived in and explore. It was a great time to make memories together. It seems like summertime is the best time for building relationships and making memories.
Dad keeping an eye on sweet Twig2.
My boys looking over the harbor. Checking out lots of boats and airplanes–pretty much my boys' most favorite pastime.
My summertime men.
Plus, Dad. :)
All in all, a perfect trip. Very hot. Very, very, very hot. It was really hot. Charleston is a walking kind of city. Did I mention I passed out?
Stay tuned for my reflections. I have a lot of them.
