an everyday moment in Charlotte, many, many months ago
I haven't processed the fact that we're moving from Charlotte in a teeny bit over a week. But, these are things I know to be true…
- We have loved our time in Charlotte.
- We have moved from being a couple, to being a family.
- We bought our first house.
- We have been members of a church family for 4 years, which is a long time for us!
- That church has brought the most AMAZING friends into our lives.
- Our lovely group of friends procreate very quickly. :) Twig1 and Twig2 have acquired MANY playmates over the 4 years here.
- I love our house, and am actually kind of thankful we weren't able to sell it.
- It breaks my heart to know that my son will have to leave his friends, and he is old enough to miss them.
- We will do our best to remain in the lives of those we've met here, because they have been so instrumental in our lives during these 4 years.
