I just wanted to check in here and let you know that I am alive. The family and I packed up our Charlotte house and said goodbye to our Charlotte friends…and drove to Indiana to meet our next great adventure. Husband left yesterday afternoon to travel for a few days for work…needless to say, this has made the first days more tiresome than anticipated. I have been online for about 10 minutes each day…and those minutes have been spent coordinating the random bits of a cross country move.
Today I drove the boys by the house we have under contract. Twig1 exclaimed, "It's so cool!! Thanks, Mom!!". I didn't anticipate that much excitment (or gratitude)…but I was glad. It seems that they are no worse for wear, yet.
I can't wait to get back in the swing of things. I miss this space…and I miss YOU!!
P.S.– Husband gifted me with me an iPad for my 25th birthday!! Sooooo exciting and silly and fun! It's currently my main computing device…but I don't have any pics on it…so this is a pictureless post. :(
