Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays where my mom went all out when we were kids. Since I have all boys I’ve had a hard time getting into it, because what boy wants a heart covered holiday celebration? :) Well, I’ve since come to the conclusion that we can ALL use a little celebrating right in the middle of February when winter has overstayed her welcome.
